Sandy Cox's Tokahe

Tokahe earned his NATCH and Versatility NATCH on October 10, 2009. Tokahe and I got our last chances (think Gamblers) run at the Chuckunut Chaotic Canines trial at Lynden.

This gives us our NADAC Championship title – a NATCH YEAH!!!! AND our Versatility NATCH in NADAC.

He is a happy, enthusiastic and confident dog who has the joy of life in everything he does from herding to agility to checking out my agility friends at trials.

I am especially happy because as some of you may remember Tokahe was very worried about everything when I first got him as a rescue from BC Rescue. He was afraid everything was going to kill him – walls, water, coiled water hoses (in the Sno King Arena), people who were too “close”.

Tokahe earned his NATCH-2 and Versatility NATCH-2 on June 25, 2011 at the RAT L'Argus trial at Auburn. Tokahe earned his NATCH-3 and Versatility NATCH-3 on September 30, 2012 at the Chuckanut trial at Lynden. Tokahe has moved to veteran's preferred to jump at 12″. Tokahe earned his NATCH-4 in September 2014 and his V-NATCH in early 2015.

Tokahe received his CATCH October 4, 2015 from Judge Oricko at the MUDPack CPE Trial.
